By making a booking with elite, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. . Bookings & Payment

1.1 All bookings are confirmed on the basis that full payment is made in cash on arrival.
1.2 Payment must be ready and presented at the start of the appointment.
1.3 Failure to provide payment on arrival will result in the booking being cancelled immediately.

2. Identification & Booking Information

2.1 For security and verification purposes, you must provide your full legal name and address when making a booking.
2.2 Bookings at hotels require you to provide your full name, the hotel name, and your room number.
2.3 Failure to provide accurate details will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

3. Availability & Contact

3.1 Our phone lines are open 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (local time) for bookings and inquiries.

4. Hygiene Requirements

4.1 Clients must be clean and showered before the companion arrives.
4.2 If the companion feels that proper hygiene standards have not been met, she reserves the right to end the booking immediately.
4.3 No refunds will be issued if a booking is ended due to poor hygiene.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

5.1 Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
5.2 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5.3 The Agency reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion..

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Clients must behave respectfully at all times. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
6.2 The Agency and its companions operate a zero tolerance policy: any inappropriate behaviour will result in the booking being terminated immediately.
6.3 No refunds will be issued if a booking is ended due to a breach of conduct.

7. Liability

7.1 The Agency is not responsible for any personal belongings, losses, or damages incurred during an appointment.
7.2 The Agency provides introductions only and accepts no liability for actions that occur beyond the agreed booking.

8. Privacy

8.1 All personal information is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2 We will never share your information with third parties except where legally required.

9. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any changes.
